Kira was able to follow Zara's Direction and soon found herself walking down the dark winding steps of an underground dungeon. she couldn't believe that King Lucas had chosen to keep Elena here instead of an actual cell, was he afraid that she might run away if he left her somewhere far away from his watch? and did anyone else know about this? She wouldn't be too surprised if they all knew after all Zahra was also aware, and she wouldn't have found out if someone hadn't told her

It was surprising to find that the whole place was deserted, there was nothing even a single person who was guarding the empty cells. Kira became doubtful of whether Elena was being kept in a place like this, maybe Zahra had lied to her about it. She stopped walking halfway down the dark path that led God knows where, she contemplated going back, if something were to happen to her down here then she was afraid even her body might not be found.
