WE'LL MEET AGAIN

Chapter 4: We'll meet again.

.*.*.*Amelia's POV*.*.*.

"Good morning, my lady." Maidservant Bell's voice met my ear as I opened my eyes.

"Bell?"

"Yes, my lady?"

"What's happening today? Why am I hearing loud music and the jolly laughter of the Pack members?" I asked dumbly, turned my neck gently so I could see her only to see her giggle softly then smiled.

"It's your coronation day, my lady." She answered and I frowned.

"My coronation? My coronation!" I yelled and sat, Bell was already laughing.

"I've made your bath." She said and exited the room. I looked around my room and grinned thenstood up. Taking my time in the bathroom, I made my way into the closet and picked out a blue floral gown which stopped at my knee before topping it with a black sandal.

Applying little makeup to my face, I made my hair into a bun and made my way out to only meet Elias at my door. "Good morning, my queen." He courtseyed and I chuckled before pulling him into a hug.

"I'm going to be crowned today, Elias." I siad the obvious and he chuckled while his hands wrapped around my waist slowly.

"Yes baby, and I'm so proud of you." He kissed my cheeks and cupped my cheeks with adoration in his eyes.

"I'm so proud of you too. You'll become a Beta too today." I pat his chest and he nodded with a smile. "Can't wait to see you lead this Pack with me, Elias. Thanks for always being there for me when I needed you the most."

"Thank you too, Luna. Thank you for finding the best in me at my weakest." He pat my head and I smiled, entangled our fingers and urged him forward. We made our way to the dinning room just in time to see Maidservant Bell place the last plate on the table.

"Thank you, Bell." I smiled and she bowed before making her way out. I urged Elias to sit while I serve him but he stood up and placed his hand on mine stopping me. I raised a brown at him and he shook his head.

"What will be of my head if the Alpha finds out that I'm allowing the Luna to serve me?" He asked and I chuckled.

"He's not here, guy. Sit down and let me express my gratitude." I made him sit again and he smiled. "And Dad isn't here." I added and he nodded.

"I know you want me dead but I'm not ready to die " he stood up back and urge me to sit while he served me. "I'll serve you till the end of my life, Luna. It's my job, not yours."

"And I'll protect you till the end of my life too, Beta." I smiled and he nodded while he served himself too.

"I hope you'll remember your promise anywhere and anytime."

"It'll forever be in my mind. I'll never forget you no matter what not will I fail to protect you anytime." I assured him and he smiled then pat my hair.

"Good girl." I laughed at that but dug into my breakfast. I moaned happily as the sauce saturated my taste board. "Is it that sweet?"

"Taste it and answer yourself." I pointed at his food and he nodded before taking a spoon. I watched his eye lids closed momentarily as he savoured the taste.

"Hmm" he moaned and i smiled.

The loud music can be heard from the town hall even though my house is 32feet away from there. I stared at my reflection in the mirror as the artist caked my face with beautiful colours.

"We're done, my queen." One of them said and I opened my eyes, a perfect smile plastered on my face as I stared at my beautiful reflection.

"Thank you." They helped me up. I stared at my off shoulder fish tail gown in the mirror for some seconds before putting on my nude heels and making my way out with the artist and as always, Elias stood beside my door. "You can go." The artists exited immediately. "Eli, how do I look?" I asked, making a 360 turn.

"You look like a goddess. You look beautiful." He said as his eyes ran down my dress, I bite my lips at his stare but he looked up immediately. "Congratulations, Amelia."

We both made our way out and I breathe out as the chilly night's air met my skin. Elias opened the car's door for me and I smiled but Ana suddenly stood up in my mind, and at instinct I dodged the incoming dagger. I switched my vision to Ana's own just in time to see figures dressed in black coming out of the forests. I wanted to think it was not true, I wanted to believe that I wasn't staring at Alpha Sky's Beta but I couldn't.

"The black rocks!" I growled. "Alert the warriors and guards, Eli! We're under attack!" I ordered without looking back but I felt bones snapping which meant Elias had shifted into Max.

"Can't you guys find another day to attack? Today is my coronation for crying out loud!" I growled, my face half formed into Ana as anger sipped out of my words but the Beta smiled.

"A lady as an Alpha of a Pack. What a joke!" Beta Hank laughed and I felt my beautiful gown rip off my body. I was now in my underwear, ready to attack.

"Oh, I'll show you what it means to be a Luna at this age, bastard." I growled and before I knew it, the little fight turned into war. Black rocks had surrounded us and life was already sipping off our warriors body. .

"Stop. No! Stop!" I yelled as I saw Alpha Sky walk towards me with my father's head in his hand while he dragged my mother's wolf by her tail. "Sky!" I growled, hot tears running down my cheek as I felt Ana become restless at the sight of my mother. I felt my heart churn as Sky threw my dad's head to me.

"Your Pack is filled with bunch of weaklings. Surrender to me and I shall spare you." He offered and I bit my lips in pain and stared up at him.

"What will become of me if I let down my Pack, Sky? I Amelia Kai stand today as the Luna of the Green wood Pack to avenge you with my last breathe!" I charged with anger only to fall back as the bullet pierced through my heart. "Wolvesbane and Silvernitrate." I coughed out.

"Lia!"

That was Elias. My lids failed to open but I felt myself being lifted up from the ground. "Lia, wake up! Wake up!" His voice was filled with pain but I couldn't do anything.

I failed to protect him.
