“What brought you here??” Gretchen asked Alex upon seeing him after a long time of not showing up to her, she furrows her brows when he touched her hands and stared sincerely at her.

“Can we… talk?” he asked her though he was unsure if she will agree to talk to him but she pulled her hand away from him and look away, she take a step backward and chuckled like a crazy.

“Do you think I still want to talk to you after what you did to me? I admit that I love you before but if you will ask me today… I don’t think I can answer you right now, I am not sure anymore of how I feel about you.” Her eyes started to welled up.

He held her arms again, “please, I beg you. Listen to me,” he says.

“Stop acting like you are the victim here, Alex! I know why you are here, you just came here because Mia is gone. Now you are planning to get back to me whenever you want, I am sorry but no! I don’t want to be an option here, Alex! Dignity is the only thing I have right now because I gave up everything before
