It took Wesley 30 minutes to track down Eunice's whereabouts. After hesitating, he finally bit the bullet and said in reluctance, "Um, Mr. Moore, why don't you check your text messages?"

Wesley had been on a business trip abroad with Ian, working from dawn until dusk every day. He'd been so busy that he'd barely had time for a toilet break, let alone to check his private messages.

He'd been so busy that he hadn't had time at all, not to mention Ian. Besides, Ian seldom checked his phone to begin with.

Wesley had only noticed Eunice's text message when Ian called him. It had been sent the morning after they'd left for the business trip.

The text read, "Hey, Mr. Dawson. Please ask Ian to check his text messages. But I guess he won't have the time to check it anyway.

"Perhaps you could pass the message to him. Tell him I've filed for a divorce and will leave with nothing. I've signed the divorce papers. It's on the bedside table in the master bedroom. Thank you."
