At the school gate, in front of so many other parents, my son repeatedly denied that I was his mother and insisted that Luna was his mom.

Even though my heart was already shattered into pieces and bleeding profusely, I forced myself to remember that he was just a child. He had no idea what the consequences of his words were.

Everyone's eyes turned to Zach.
