Waking up with August by my side was an affair I looked up to every morning. Marriage was a wonderful thing once the partners started to see the arrangement outside a prison. It was an adventure where choices and attitude determined the outcome.

August kissed my forehead as I moaned softly, my eyes slowly opened to the blinding light before staring at the smiling face of the man I was married to.

“Good morning my love.” August greeted as I slowly rose.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed his lips before we stared into each other’s eyes.

“Good morning sunshine.” I replied before he kissed my neck and tickled me as I giggled.

“August stop tickling me, I’m awake.” I laughed and caught his hands before he pouted.

“Aww, you’re no fun.”

I wanted to see Arthur, I wanted to know if he was alright but he was under house arrest and the only time we saw was for meals and when they are escorting him.Luckily Alexander and I has been buying time for the case since the evidence to convict Arthur is small but solid.Apparently Arthur had slept with the whore who had his father killed a night before his father’s death. His alibi wasn’t strong enough with barely witnesses or anyone bold enough to defend him. They also claim that they found the prostitute but she had killed herself before they could locate her with nothing but a half written to Arthur saying she did it for him.It was a tough nut to crack especially since Arthur had slept with her. I was infuriated with the idea but his punishment for that can come after we have dealt with the bigger picture…finding a new scapegoat.

The war against Leone was grave. Arthur barely had time to rest and I had to do my best to support him. Our joy had been we immediately reacted to the attack so that they wouldn’t conquer the outer walls as they were three walls that Westoros is made of.The ring which is where the royals and nobles stay, the middle wall was usually those in the middle class who had a little influence or authority in the system and the outer walls where the lower breed stays.Westoros is a large country blessed in economics and agriculture so food wouldn’t be too hard to replace so far as they haven’t reached for the middle walls so that was our top priority to protect. The issue with Arthur’s case was hopefully going to be dismissed by the end of the day and since Alfred knows I am much of a threat to him and his supporters, he will possibly look for anything to rid of me.

Everyone was putting in a lot of strength with the war at hand. With what had happened with Alfred, everyone was now cautious around each other and since I broke down in tears, August didn’t have me involved in court issues.I was forced to rest until I felt better and August did everything to make me happy because he felt that I was depressed and upset.I sighed as I closed the book before I stood up and opened the doors to the balcony. The sight of people running, whispers here and there, insecurity everywhere had me a little restless before I decided to take my presence to the palace royal garden.I bit down on some biscuits as I read a classic in the only place that had my mind at peace. The sound of footsteps heading towards me, interrupted as I looked up and dropped the sweets.&ld

The palace was in panic as the sound of a pregnant woman screaming in labor in the late of the nights echoed the halls. It was cold outside, heavy with rain and thunder as my hair scattered, my breathing hard as the midwives supported me for the birth of my son.Arthur was nowhere to be seen after a messenger had been sent to the outer walls as quickly as possible to inform him of the birth of his son while Gwen stood by my side with the midwives as I screamed.“I can see his head your majesty, a little more,” I wailed as I pushed harder while I gripped Gwen’s hand with all my might. “Yes that’s it.”“I can’t.” I cried, feeling numb on my lower body as I cried.“You can do it Callisto, just a little more and you can hold our baby.” Gwen encouraged me as she helped me.I felt weak, exhausted in this young body of mine but I needed my son to live so I pushed, I pushed with every

The breeze touched my skin gently as I held my baby in my arms that cooed and sucked on his hand as he gave me toothless smiles once in a while as he pulled my hair.Tristan was slowly starting to grown hair with a texture much smoother than mine yet rougher than Arthur’s hair.“Who knew that our queen would be able to smile and rest after the beautiful chaos she created.”“And why wouldn’t I? Or maybe that question is for you, dear brother.” I said as I stared at Gregory who smiled at me.“That must be. The household has me stressed since you disfigured my mother and I must ask was that relevant?” Gregory asked as Tristan gripped my finger.“And what are you doing here Greg? I don’t remember giving any Greyjoy permission to enter except the children.” I asked as Gregory pulled a chair and sat down.I said nothing as my brother relaxed, grabbing a red apple as he took a bite o

The road to D'Akar was not a days journey as I and Darius rode together to his country home.I was adamant know not going but Darius is very good at spiking my interest and instigating agreements in a passive person which is why I was riding with him."Your husband does not worry you go to another city especially with a stranger he has never met?" Darius asked as I chuckled."He does. However, I am far too independent and resilient to be docile and a good wife." I replied as he laughed."Then you must be a terrible mother." He said as I shook my head."I barely travel and I wasted most of my time raising my children. I am trying to train their mind to be independent from me or unnecessary attachment won't let them grow." I replied as I moved closer to Darius. "Also, I don't like being tied to one man especially when my heart isn't his."Darius satared at my lips and chuckled before he shook his head in disbelief."You really are a str

Today was the festival of spring and as the royal family we were expected to attend.Darius left Westoros a few days ago and now I'm left feeling lonely when no one is there to attend my sexual needs.I stood in a beautiful floral dress and a floral crown, crafted carefully by my children and a few servants and wore with pride.Westoros was so close to perfection and I was happy I was alive to witness the transformation of a poorly rules country in the hands of slothful and disgusting pigs for rulers.Music played, people danced as my husband and my son waved to the people who cheered.I smiled and winked, mostly toward the whores from the brothels I visited as they waved back or smiled charmingly.I supposed they liked my gifts from Palin.Thinking of Palin, my mind remembered the beautiful body of a savage man drenched in sweat or water as I giggled softly."What's gotten you in a sweet mood my dear?" Arthur whispered to my ears as I stared at my children.I kissed Arthur's lips. "How important?" I asked."The fate of this kingdom and an issue that calls for alarm." Arthur gave me the summary of the meeting."Very well. Children, I brought gifts for you all the way from the outlands, Larissa will help sort your gifts and we will have dinner together."
