Stepping into the spacious and luxuriously furnished living room, she smiled broadly on seeing Alex walking down the stairs.

"Sweetie," Alex called with a smile as she walked over to her.

"Don't call me that, you all planned with Amos so I could sleep over at his place, right?" She snapped with her face pulling into a frown.

Alex chuckled and waved back her curly short artificial hair.

"Babe, I'm so in love with Amos' mother! Gosh, that woman was all over you," she said with a smile.

She sighed and walked over to the long brown leather couch.

"He invited his mother on purpose. He thought maybe she could help win me back," she said with a scoff.

"And she didn't succeed in winning you back for her son? Hmm?" Alex asked with a chuckle as she walked to the couch.

She heaved a sigh and looked around the neatly spacious living room.

"It's good to be back here, right?" Alex asked with a smile.
