"Such a great meal mom, I sure missed your cooking" Jim smiles, wiping his hands and getting up from the table.

"Not so fast young lad, we're going to have an in house movie night. Okay?" Mrs Dan says and I try to not sigh at the thought of watching yet another movie without popcorn

"I'm exempted, right mom?" I smile sheepishly

“Hehe, nice try Ana, we’re all going to watch a movie together, something from my generation, not yours” she smiles back at me

“But mom, that’s a bit unfair, don’t you think, what’s the fun if there’s no fun snacks involved” I say

“She’s not wrong, I mean we both just watched movies with our mouths being as dry as fuck” Jim interjects.

“Well then, I’ll tell Vanessa to go pop some corn and give it to us” she says, signaling Vanessa, who is one of the helps and she quickly gets to work
