Pierce's Confession

Queenie remained frozen as she glanced between her three children.

The others mistook her blank look for her having her moment. So they filed out of the room one after the other.

When they were gone, Pierce was the only one left. The man slowly got up and pinned his eyes on her.

Aster had gone to take shade behind her brothers. Although Queenie looked familiar, she couldn't ignore the fact she was a stranger who she had never set eyes on.

Pierce noticed this and walked towards the children. "These are our children. Aster, Aaron and Adrian."

Queenie smiled at the three but refused taking any errors to meet them.

"Where are your nannies?" Pierce asked as he lowered his eyes to meet with the children's.

"Here, sir. They found their way out of my grip. I'm sorry." One of the nannies said as she walked out.

"Take them inside." Pierce ordered.

The three who didn't dare to go to Queenie, poked her with their eyes before they were taken into their rooms.
