The next day

Jane had just arrived at East Emperor when she noticed something odd. Everyone around her was gathered in twos and threes, whispering as they pointed at her.

Jane was not really bothered. Perhaps it was because she was a mere cleaner who had been suddenly moved to the P.R. department. It was normal for her to attract some attention.
