Jossie's POV:
We reached a path up to a cabin that had the familiar scents of Veronica written all over it. Casimir let me off when the cabin was in sight. A blizzard had followed us to the cabin. The thick snow storm had covered our scent and tracks here. It was a good time for us to leave when it did. We checked through a window first to make sure she wasn't lying about Nathalie being there. Continuation of Jossie's POV: Zeke was nodding off in the chair. I watched as Casimir gently helped him place his head down on the counter. I was positive Zeke would have a sore neck in the morning.
