Unlike other times he shouted, Brian was greatly annoyed tonight, and I was scared to interfere and lull him as usual. Although I had developed tricks to quell him, to slumber, I was damn careful not to fall a victim of his anger; this husband of mine could be radically mad and if proper care wasn’t put in place, I could get hurt or lose my life all in the name of a contract marriage.

The girls had gone clubbing with their husbands, the billionaire father, Fanny, was yet to return from his business trip in Madrid, the servants and security had tucked away in their duty posts and chambers, so I was literally all alone in the deafening night Brian ranted from his lungs.

Salsa had left my side to bathe and use some make-over for her rump with Ken tonight. I was still at the fireside, heating up and even intensely heating up in my head as Brian took the entire mansion on rampage.
