Chapter 5 Cruel Alpha

Morgan grinned at how Sarena's beautiful eyes widened in horror.

He really liked those dark green eyes, under the shade of thick, curly eyelashes and thick, neat eyebrow lines on the smooth forehead on Sarena's face.

Remembering how last night Sarena looked at him in the dark, her eyes a mixture of confusion, fear and pleasure as they sailed towards the peak of bodily pleasure they were experiencing together, made Morgan feel his pants tighten.

Without much thought, Morgan leaned towards Sarena and before the woman knew what was going to happen, Morgan had landed his lips on Sarena's full, pink lips.

Ugh, so sweet and chewy.  Morgan grabbed Sarena's waist closer to her body and kissed her delicious lips with longing.

Sarena was shocked when she felt Morgan's lips on hers, stealing a kiss while she was confused.

The man's breath smelled of mint and cloves, fresh and soft.  His lips were soft, even though his kissing movements felt rough and hasty.

Sarena's hand rose and with all her might she slapped the man who was being overcome by desire and pushed him with all his might until he took a step back and his arms around Sarena's waist fell apart.

SLAP!!!

"HEY!"

Morgan was shocked and held his cheek which felt hot.  He could hear Kai laughing in the back of his head.

"I'm sorry, Boss, but you shouldn't do things like that to your employees," Sarena said firmly, but her voice sounded shaky.  "That was sexual harassment and I could have jailed you for that complaint!"

Morgan smirked at Sarena's words.  Well, this woman was exactly what he thought.  He is firm and brave.

"Woohoo, your woman have a brave heart, Alpha," said Kai. He laughed hard.

"Shut up, Kai," hissed Morgan to his inner wolf. "I will tame her and make her mine fully one day."

"Yeah, yeah, I believe in you, Alpha," said Kai. He shifted and closed his eyes, disappear from Morgan's inner thought.

Morgan looked at Sarena with a thin smile. "Hm, I think you can report me to the police if you have the evidence," Morgan joked lightly.

Sarena looked at the man in front of her in annoyance. A pervert man like him, is he really her Boss? What an unlucky.

The employment contract she signed with this company was very clear.  She must carry out her duties according to the job description well and if she resigns in less than one year after the contract is agreed, for reasons that cannot be accepted by the company, she will be burdened with paying a penalty to the company in the amount of twice the salary she received for one full year.

"This time I will let you go, because this is my first day starting work and I know you think I am guilty for interrupting your time with Ms. Kelly," said Sarena with her chin raised. "I didn't mean it and I am sorry, Boss."

She straightened her somewhat messy clothes.  "I'm married and please don't do anything that could make me be rude to you. I don't want to do anything unfaithful to my husband, even if it's with you, my own boss!"

Sarena's words, which were said in a firm tone, made Morgan feel very proud.  He felt that he didn't make a mistake in choosing Sarena as his mate, because the woman knew how to take care of herself even when she knew that her marriage was just a contract and she had never seen her husband at all.

Morgan's chest heaved with pride and he reached out again to take Sarena into his arms, just a spontaneous action, but Morgan didn't see Sarena's knees rise and suddenly he felt something hard hit his crotch, right on his vital organ.

"Ugh!"

Morgan held his vital organ area, half bent because he was enduring the pain that shot to the pit of his stomach.  Sarena pounds him with her knee!  Gosh!  What a fierce woman!

Sarena looked at Morgan angrily, but at a glance there was also fear in those beautiful eyes.  She quickly left Morgan's room and walked quickly towards the employee bathroom.

She panted and looked at her face reflected in the glass above the sink.

By the Moon Goddess, this was all very unexpected.  The incident with her boss might make it difficult for her in her future work and Sarena is worried about what she will encounter next.  Her first day on the job and all hell breaks loose!

The whole day after that, Sarena only did some administrative work and even though Cora was surprised because Sarena looked so quiet, she let Sarena work in front of the computer because her work turned out to be very good and neat.

Sarena felt restless all day and an hour before work ended, her phone vibrated.  She looked at the phone screen and her mother's name was written on the flat object.

"Mom? What's wrong? Do you need anything?"  Sarena asked quickly.

Her mother just came home from the hospital yesterday and returned to her house.  The doctor said she could undergo therapy and treatment at home to be more comfortable.

With the fees for VIP patients paid by Sarena's mysterious husband's team of lawyers, her mother can have comfort in getting treatment and guarantees, handled by great doctors and reliable nurses, so that Sarena feels at ease even though she moves to her husband's mansion.

"Honey," Thalia said in a voice like a whisper.  "Your father is here! The Alpha!"

"What?"  Sarena asked in surprise.  "Why did he come? Is he bothering you, Mom?"

"No, no," Thalia said quickly.  "He's looking for you because there's an emergency he needs to talk to you about. Can you come home on time this afternoon and stop by the house? I don't feel comfortable with him being here."

"I'll be home soon. Are you home alone?"  Sarena asked with anger starting to build up in her chest.

"No. Madam Lien and Toma also here with me. They will keep me save," said Thalia.

Sarena felt somewhat relieved.  Madam Lien and Toma are two household assistants in her mother's house.  They are loyal and reliable.

She and her mother hadn't seen the man who had the status of her father for five years and now suddenly he came, who knows what he wanted, but Sarena definitely wouldn't let him bother her and her mother again.

Sarena immediately said goodbye to Cora when the sign that working hours had ended rang.  She felt bad for Cora, but there were other things she needed to take care of immediately.  Sarena is worried about her mother's safety.

Alpha Leroy William is a rude person and likes to act as he pleases, especially towards people he considers inferior.  He is also selfish and cruel.  In Sarena's eyes, all Alphas have similar traits to each other like her father, so she hates them.

Thalia welcomed Sarena's arrival with a pale face and shaking hands.  She had been facing his ex-mate since two hours ago and felt short of breath because of it.

Seeing Sarena's arrival, Thalia felt a little calmer, even though she still didn't know what the man she had been with wanted.

"What brings you to this house, Alpha Leroy William?"  Sarena asked in a cold tone.  "Don't you know that this house is too small for your ego size so you are not welcome?"

Leroy snorted in annoyance.  He knew how stubborn Sarena was and for five years, even though he didn't take care of her directly, he knew Sarena's progress.

His eldest daughter really proved that she was able to stand strong and be independent, even though she had separated from her family and her pack.  She even changed his last name, Leroy, and adopted her mother's maiden name, Vaiden.

"No need to play hardball with me, Sarena!"  Leroy said in a flat tone.  "I didn't come to take you back to the pack. I will only order you to marry an Alpha I know!"

Sarena looked at Leroy with knitted eyebrows.  That middle-aged man must have gone crazy.  What was on his mind, suddenly coming and telling her to marry an Alpha she didn't know at all?

"You will marry the Alpha of the Great Moonlight pack. He has been looking for a partner for a long time and because he was interested in our pack, he asked me to bring my daughter to marry him," said Leroy.

Thalia grabbed Sarena's hand and faced Leroy.  "Don't be crazy, Leroy! As far as I know, the Alpha of the pack is famous for being ugly and cruel. He couldn't have a mate because the Moon Goddess cursed him and all his mates always met death because of his physical condition and cruelty. Do you intend to kill my daughter?"

Leroy chuckled in annoyance.  "Sarena can handle it. She's stubborn enough to die at the hands of that Alpha!"

Sarena guided her mother to sit on a chair and arranged a blanket for her to calm down, before facing Leroy again.

Even though anger made her chest ache, Sarena didn't want to lose the mental battle with Leroy because of a moment's emotion, so she took a deep breath and managed to remain calm.

"Why me? Am I no longer part of the Leroy William family? You have one beloved daughter, why isn't she the one you married to that Alpha?"  Sarena asked in a razor-sharp tone.

Leroy snorted and looked into Sarena's cold eyes.  "Because Alpha wants you more! Don't argue too much, Sarena. You should be grateful because even though you are disobedient, you still receive facilities from me so that you can finish college well and get a good job. At least think of this marriage as a reward for me!"

"What do you mean recompense?"  Sarena asked confused.  "You are asking for a refund of all my living expenses that you have paid until I finish college?"

"That Alpha is very rich and he is even very successful as a businessman in the human environment. He lives in eternal luxury that will not be exhausted in his seven to 11 descendants. Think of it as your way of repaying me!"  Leroy snapped.

Sarena chuckled and stretched out her hand in front of Leroy.  The middle-aged man looked at his hands and looked at Sarena with a confused look.

Sarena's heart ached.  Leroy is truly cruel.  He even still tried to sell her after hurting her so badly five years ago.  She don't know what a man's heart is made of.

"What?"  Leroy asked.

"Look!"  Sarena said calmly, pointing to the ring on her ring finger.  A gold   ring with a beautiful pink diamond circled in it.  "I can't marry anyone anymore because I'm already married now."

Leroy was surprised to hear Sarena's words and examined the ring.  It was indeed a wedding ring and it was clear that the ring was very expensive because the pink diamond that decorated the ring was the most expensive and rare type of diamond.

Leroy looked into Sarena's eyes and saw that she was not lying.  Besides, where could Sarena buy such an expensive ring?

"Then where is that man? Your husband?"  Leroy asked in a challenging tone.  "Why don't I see it here?"

Now it was Sarena's turn to click her tongue.  "Do you think my husband is an unemployed person who will continue to stay at home? He is very busy and there is no way he can buy me a wedding ring as luxurious as this if he doesn't have money."

Leroy couldn't understand why he missed this thing about Sarena's wedding.  A man made Sarena his wife by giving her such an expensive wedding ring and no news reached his ears, it was very surprising.

Leroy suspected that Sarena was just making up an excuse to refuse to marry the Alpha of the Great Moonlight pack, but that didn't make sense either.

Sarena had been wearing the ring which she recognized as her husband's wedding ring since the moment she arrived, instead of taking the ring from her bag or somewhere else and only putting it on after Leroy told her about the marriage to Alpha.

"You just want to avoid and lie to me," snorted Leroy sarcastically.  "You really don't know how to repay a favor, Sarena! So shameless and ungrateful child!"

"Leroy!"  Thalia snapped angrily.  "Stop cursing at my daughter. You have no right to order her anything. You've hurt her before just to defend her other daughter and now you're telling her to marry that strange Alpha? You must be so pressured by something that you can't think straight, right?"

Leroy glared at Thalia.  "Don't get involved, Thalia! You don't know anything! You're just a human who doesn't understand our world and you should realize that your stupidity is what got you kicked out of your position as Luna!"

"My mother wasn't expelled because she was stupid, Alpha Leroy!"  Sarena snapped angrily.

She didn't care how much heartache she had to experience caused by Leroy, Elise, or Mia.  They are indeed cruel people.

However, she couldn't accept that his mother was hurt.  She won't let anyone bother her mother.

"My mother was kicked out because her mate was a cruel Alpha who was stupid and easily tempted by a cheap whore she-wolf who was willing to open her legs for someone who already had a mate!"  Sarena continued sharply.  "But I think the day my mother was expelled was her lucky day, because she finally escaped a life full of misfortune with her unfaithful partner!"

Leroy's face was bright red and he raised his hand to slap, but Sarena's very sharp and cold gaze kept his hand in the air and slowly lowered it again.

"Go away, Alpha Leroy, you're just making a mess here. Just tell your daughter who you spoiled to marry that ugly, rich Alpha!"

"No!"  Leroy snapped stubbornly.  "He wants you and you cannot escape him by lying that you are married, unless I see for myself who the man who is your husband is. I will come again on Saturday and if by then I have not met him, I will put an announcement to  the whole pack in this country and say that you and your mother are thieves of important property in my pack. You might need to think about what it would be like to live as fugitives on charges of theft!"

Leroy left the room with wide strides, leaving Sarena and Thalia stunned by his threat.
