Chapter 3 First Day

Morgan PoV

When I saw Sarena's resume, on one of the job applications for prospective new employees at my company, I couldn't describe how excited I was.

It was something so unexpected, I almost couldn't believe my eyes, when I got Sarena's photo on the application and it was a familiar face that I had been missing for so long, even her name was different now.

I have investigated her background after that one night stand with her.  She is the daughter of Alpha Leroy William of the White Sunset pack.

I immediately ordered my Beta to pick up Sarena to the White Sunset pack after getting information about her, but what was then reported to me, made me furious.

"She has been expelled from the pack, Alpha Morgan," said my Beta. "I received information from one of the Omegas who lives at Alpha Leroy's residence, that they always treat Ms. Sarena harshly blames her for something. It seems that hee stepmother and stepsisters influenced Alpha Leroy to behave badly towards her and her mother who had already been kicked out of the pack."

I pounded the table furiously. What cruel and heartless people, especially Alpha Leroy. Sarena was his biological daughter, but he treated her badly.

"I want to rip open the chests of the people who have hurt and harmed Sarena and take out their hearts so I can squeeze them until they are crushed," roared Kai, my inner wolf.

He was very angry, after finding out what our mate had experienced after that one night stand.

"I want to do it too, Kai, but right now, that's not the most important thing," I answered calmly, so that Kai would also be calmer.

"I know," snorted Kai.  "The important thing is that we have found her and have to keep her from disappearing again. Those four years have been very unpleasant."

"You're right. I don't want to scare her and have to keep her close to us," I said.

"What are you going to do now?"  Kai asked curiously.

I had my Beta offer Leroy's family money to bring them back and give them five years.

Of course, the greedy family immediately took the money I offered. They didn't even bother to ask who would dare to give that much money for Sarena's return.

I actually told my Beta to keep my identity a secret and told him to monitor the Leroy family during the five years I gave him.

However, even after five years had passed, they couldn't bring Sarena back and that made me even angrier. I marked them and promised myself, one day I would destroy them with my own hands, if anything happened to Sarena.

I almost gave up looking for my mate after five years in vain.  I have spent a lot of time and energy looking for that woman I loved.  Money isn't a problem at all for me, it's just that as time goes by it makes me more desperate.

Now she's come back to me in a magical way and it makes me feel like the Moon Goddesses eased my path to being with her.

It seems that after that incident, she left and changed her name so that the people who were ordered to look for her lost track of her. Now, when I look at her application, her name is Sarena Jane Vaiden.

However, I will never forget her very beautiful face and her aroma that made me addicted.  I still remember every second of the time I spent with her, making love so beautifully that night.

"I think she will hate me if she finds out who I am now. She will definitely reject me for what I did to her five years ago and she could just leave again. I don't want that to happen," I said while thinking hard. "She had a bad experience because of me."

"It seems so. At least, until we really gain her trust, she can't know who you are, Morgan," Kai said in a firm tone.

"Yes. My plan was to hide my identity and try to make her fall in love with me first before I telling her the truth," I said.

I feel a little doubtful because it seems like Sarena is the type of woman who has strong principles and is hard to conquer, but I think right now that's all I can do.

"That's good too," responded Kai enthusiastically.  "After all, with the situation where you still have to clean up the people who are trying to trip you up, the enemies you have to get rid of, it would be better to keep everything a secret, for the sake of safety."

Now that I have found her, I will work hard to win her heart and keep Sarena by my side.

I need her and will never let her go again.  Life has been quite difficult for the past five years, missing my mate all the time and always worrying that I won't be able to find my mate again.

She finally became my wife and she could lie under me every night.  The night I had spent with her was wonderful and thinking about it, my c*ck became hard again.  I'm addicted to everything Sarena has.

Even her back looks beautiful and the movement of her hips when she walks is really tempting.

Ah, I have to go to work immediately too, because my secretary, Sarena, will definitely be waiting for me today, at her first day at work.

I feel very excited.

Sarena POV

I was out of breath when I arrived at the company lobby. I was almost late because there were no public buses in the area around the mansion.

How stupid I was for not taking that into account. Of course, who needs public buses in such elite areas, when everyone has several cars at once in their respective homes.

In the end, after waiting for the bus to no avail, I walked a long way to go to the company.

I scanned my identification card as an incoming report and went to the personnel department to report for work.

The working atmosphere in the company seems quite good and conducive, because the other employees gave me a friendly and warm welcome when I was introduced to my other co-workers.

"Hi, Sarena, my name is Cora Aldrin. We will be in the same room in the directors' secretariat division," said a sweet, short-haired woman. "I hope we can work together well from now on."

I greeted Cora happily and felt like I could get along with her because she looked friendly.

"Nice to meet you, Cora," I said lightly. "I hope you don't mind teaching me a thing or two I need to know about this job."

Cora smiled. "Of course, Sarena. For starters, I think it would be better if you took this document to the boss's room, so you could report and introduce yourself to him."

Cora pointed to a stack of documents on her desk. I felt that what she said was true. I have to meet the boss to let him know that he has a new secretary who will help him.

"Take these documents to his room and wait until he finishes signing them all. All these documents have been checked and all you have to do is get validation from him," Cora taught me.

"Where is the boss's room located?"

"At the end of the corridor there are two large rooms and you will find a sign on his room. Knock on the door gently and wait until he tells you to come in," said Cora.

I hugged all the documents given by Cora and with my heart beating fast, I walked towards the boss's room.

I saw the director's room sign on one of the doors and raised my hand to knock, but before my hand touched the door, I heard a strange moan from inside the room.

Instantly my face felt hot and I was sure my skin color had turned bright red.

The moans made me think about what my mysterious husband had done to me last night.

I wanted to leave because I felt embarrassed and awkward. I didn't want to disturb whatever was going on in the room.

When I was about to turn around to leave, suddenly a man opened the door. I’m very surprised. My body staggered and almost fell, but a pair of strong arms caught me.
