Chapter 19 Human Attacked

Sarena saw Morgan's body language suddenly become tense and alert. She could feel that something was unusual and possibly dangerous.

"Sir, what's wrong?" Sarena asked quietly. She shifted in her seat very slowly, so as not to make a sound. "Thief?"

"No," Morgan said. "I have to go out now. You stay here, turn off your phone but keep it active and take it with you. Don't take calls from anyone other than me, even if it's Cora, your mother, or Leroy, and most importantly, don't open the door for anyone. I'll call first when I get home so you know it's me."

Sarena is really scared and confused now. She reached out and grabbed the hem of Morgan's shirt anxiously.

"Sir, be careful," whispered Sarena.

Morgan nodded and left at a brisk pace. A moment later the apartment door closed again after Morgan disappeared behind the door.
