Chapter 55 Female Friend?

(Flashback)

"Serena , don't go, just send her a text to remind her." Catherine is lying on the bed to persuade Serena .

But Serena didn't stop packing and continued to take a bunch of notes and put them in her book bag saying, "She's not answering her phone, the final exams are next month and Linda doesn't even know when they are. I'm just going to check it out, don't you worry."

Linda was the most introverted and quiet of them all.

Serena was the only one who remembered that she wasn't at school, and she had stumbled upon the address of Linda's new home when she'd had dinner with her earlier, so she'd brought her notes with her, ready to lend them to her.

But when she got to Linda's house, no one was there even though the door was open.

"Linda, are you there?" She shouted as she made her way inside.

Approaching the bedroom, a strange noise stopped Serena in her tracks, "Ah-"

Serena was an adult now, and she certainly knew what such a gasp meant.
