Michael looked at him with pity. “The reason is that someone outside doesn’t want you to be released from prison alive.”

“You’re lying to me! This is impossible!” Tommy was shaken up. He was not foolish and knew what Michael meant. He did not believe his cousin would be so heartless to him.
