“Sorry, I was a bit too rigorous!” Michael quickly let go of Christina. Lowering his head, he could not help but kiss her. “You must be hungry. I’m going to make breakfast for you.”

“No need. I’ll make it.” Christina dragged her weary body to the bathroom to have a bath.

Michael sat on the bed, watching her back in a daze. He nearly doubted his hearing when Christina suggested preparing breakfast for him on her own initiative.

Happiness descended only too suddenly! This was the first time Christina took the initiative to prepare breakfast ever since she moved in.
