Things would be so good if the boy had been Michael Larson and Christina William’s son.

After playing by himself for a while, Travis Larson felt bored as he ran over to Francis William’s side. Hugging the man’s leg, Travis said, “Can we go find mommy, grand uncle?”

Francis squatted down in front of the child. “Your mommy’s still at work. Be good, Travis, and just play with me here.”

Travis pouted. “But I want mommy. Mommy said that she wants to send me to kindergarten. Can I not go?”

“Kids like you need to go to kindergarten, Travis. Moreover, you’ll meet a lot of friends there too,” Francis replied.

Upon saying so, Francis lifted his head, only to see Michael standing in a distance. As his face darkened, he carried Travis and left.

Michael stood rooted to the ground after listening to the conversation between Travis and Francis. If Travis were to attend kindergarten soon, he should be around the age of three.
