Blair's POV

I left Clover's house when her boyfriend came around because I didn't want to be the third wheel and I wanted to ask Ace if he was down for the date.

When I arrived home, the house was so quiet, I was going up to my room when I heard little cringing noises coming from my mother's room so I went there and saw everyone trying to peep inside her room.

“What's going on?” I asked but no one answered me. I tried to look but I couldn't see inside because of my tall cousins standing by the door.

I turned to leave when I heard, “Please forgive her,” I paused, why did I just hear Ace's voice?

Without hesitation, I scaled my way through to my mother's room, my jaw dropped at the sight before me. Ace was kneeling, his hands were on his knees and his gaze was lowered.

“What's going on here?” I entered the room, “Why is Ace kneeling in your room?” My eyes met Mom's eyes, “Mom, did you make him do it?”

“What? Blair,” Mother looked at me with disbelief, “How…how can you say that? Do.. do.
