ROSA'S POV

I sat in a mix of fear and silence, as I watched the maids pack up our belongings from Andrew and I's chambers. He stood at the other end of the room, also observing all that was happening in silence. Disturbing silence.

It was still so unreal to me. Alpha Dean and Luna Marion were dead. They were executed at the palace a week back. I know they had never been nice to me, or even liked me, but I never wished for such upon them. I glanced at Andrew once more, and couldn't believe I felt bad for him. Especially after what he had done to me.

He had been unusually quiet the whole week, probably still trying to accept the present situation of things. His parents had been executed for being a part of the rebellion against the present king.
