I took a deep breath as I looked straight at the incompetent pack’s warriors. They are saying some certain types of gibberish even their own ears couldn’t discern.

I hope they can tell things are about to get ugly.

“Two months. Two darn months and not even one of you have proved an ounce of usefulness to this assignment. In case you have lost count, I’m going to refresh your memories and remind you lazy men how many chances you have asked for yet, it amounted to nothing. So far, all I keep getting are silly excuses and now tell me, you found nothing?” My face turned a deep shade of red as I snarled and growled at the same time.

“We are sorry, King.” They chorused falling on their knees.

“You should have informed me I made a mistake assigning a bunch of you to search up something that just one man would have gotten done. Maybe by then I wouldn’t have wasted my time! Less than a minute and I would have hired competents men from the other pack
