Audrey’s POV

“Want to go for a celebratory drink in the pack, see the pack for itself and not this stuck-up twisted old hags?”

I looked back at the closing door.

“Hell yes.”

It came as a surprise to me that she had a car of her own.

How did I know?

At this point, I had had enough to see all the cars that lay dormant in the garage not too far from the council building, though they were mostly covered. But never have I seen a Ferrari sport covet. It made me wonder what exactly she did for a job that allowed her the luxury of having such a car. I didn’t even know the name, she said it to me because I had paused to talk to Cynthia who had been waiting outside the main building for me.

She had walked up to me earlier, asking if we could talk privately.

“Hey…I did—”

“Who is she? Why does she look so familiar??” She cut me off with multiple questions, I found myself turning around to see who she asking about. “Ah yes, uh she is Claudia, Trudeau’s sister—”
