The king was in his chamber all alone, the golden light of dusk casting a warm glow across the room. He sat at his ornate wooden table, a crystal goblet filled with ruby-red wine in his grasp. Through the tall arched windows, he gazed out onto the ethereal kingdom beneath him, the breathtaking valley stretching out like a painting before his eyes. But his mind was far from the beauty that lay outside.

His thoughts were consumed by the words of the healer, the whisperings of Melina's condition which had now become the whole kingdom's condition. The king furrowed his brow, a deep crease forming between his eyes as he tried to make sense of it all. How could it be possible? Melina, his beloved breeder, the very heart and soul of his kingdom, may be in danger. The healer's words echoed in his mind, haunting him with uncertainty.

As he ruminated over the healer's solemn tone, a sudden knock at the chamber door broke his concentration. Frustration welled up within him, and he
