Adriel's phone rang, breaking the silence in his study. He answered, his voice firm. "Steven, what did you find out?"

"Hey, boss. I have got some info on hyperamnesia," Steven said, his voice serious.

"From what I gathered, hyperamnesia is a rare condition where a person's memory is...uhmm… altered. They might forget important details, or even entire chunks of their life."

Adriel's grip on the phone tightened. "What do you mean by 'altered'?"

"Well, it is not just about forgetting things," Steven explained. "People with hyperamnesia might also experience...false memories. They might remember things that never happened, or distort actual events."

Adriel's mind raced. "And that is what is happening to my wife? Are you sure this is it?"

"Seems like it, boss," Steven said. "But here is the thing, hyperamnesia can be caused by various factors. Trauma, head injuries, even certain medications...it is quote a complex condition."

Adriel's eyes narrowed. "What about treatment options?" He blur
