Chapter 20

Adriel touched his lips, remembering the kiss from last night as he sat at the back seat of his car.

"Seems she is gradually falling for my charm."

He smiled to himself.

As he moved his hands further on the seat to relax it, he felt something under his hand.

It was sturdy and full. He looked at what was on the seat and saw it was a customized notepad.

"I have seen this somewhere before. Where did I see this?" he mumbled to himself as he picked it up to read the content.

The notepad was a diary and it had Emma's name on it.

"I remember now. It was the diary Emma was writing something on."

"She must have left it when she hurried out yesterday and tried to avoid me after the kiss."

Adriel remembered that she was secretive with this diary and it probably contained most of her secrets.
