Bella's POV

I couldn't believe my eyes as I stood face to face with the mirror, my heart pounding in my chest. The reflection staring back at me was uncanny—it was me, or so I thought. But as my mind struggled to process what I was seeing, the truth slowly dawned on me. I had a doppelgänger, an identical twin I never knew existed.

The discovery had come about quite unexpectedly. I had received an anonymous message urging me to visit a derelict warehouse on the outskirts of town. Curiosity had gotten the better of me, and against my better judgment, I found myself standing in the dimly lit room, surrounded by shadows and the lingering scent of danger.

A flickering lightbulb cast an eerie glow, illuminating a figure standing across from me. It was her—my twin. Her eyes, once filled with mischief, were now hardened with the weight of the world. There was a darkness in her gaze, a chilling aura that sent shivers down my spine.

"Who are you?" I managed to whisper, my voice trembling with a
