CHAPTER 5: THE BOY WENT TO LOOK FOR HIS MOTHER.

CHAPTER 5: THE BOY WENT TO LOOK FOR HIS MOTHER.

The result of a night of madness was that when Isabella woke up in the morning, she was completely astonished. She looked around at the unfamiliar surroundings, there were clothes scattered all over the floor in disarray, and everything indicated that what had happened the previous night had not been a dream.

Her husband had given her to another man!

But she quickly remembered that she had managed to escape from the disgusting man, only to end up with another. She tried to get out of bed, but felt pain all over her body, especially between her legs. She slowly removed the sheet and what she saw nearly made her gasp. Her body was covered in hickeys, even her thighs.

"Oh my God, what did this man do to me?!"

She swallowed a little and turned her face to see his, but he was lying face down. However, Isabella could see his strong muscles and the strange tattoo on his left side, which was some kind of eagle.

"Stop looking and just leave, before he wakes up," she reminded herself.

Isabella was so desperate that she wanted to die; she never imagined that the man she had deeply loved for so many years would one day become the person she hated the most. That's why she had to get out of there as soon as possible; she was going to find him and clear things up. She wanted Marcus to tell her where her son was.

Without daring to look at the man beside her for even another second, she endured the slight pain, picked up her clothes, put them on, and then left silently, making sure not to wake the man.

When Sebastian woke up, Isabella had already disappeared without a trace. He moved and stretched out his hand expecting to find the body of the woman who had satisfied him like never before, but what he found was a cold space beside him, meaning that woman had left a long time ago.

He got up slowly, and the sheet slid down his tight abdominal muscles. He scanned the room looking for anything the woman might have left behind. But there was nothing; she had left without a trace.

He pressed his thin lips together and took a deep breath in frustration.

He extended his hand to pick up the mobile phone beside the bed and dialed a number.

"Louis, investigate who the woman from last night is."

On the other side of the phone, the assistant responded affirmatively, then hesitated for a few seconds before finally saying,

"Sir, young Nicholas... has disappeared."

Sebastian's expression darkened in an instant. He quickly got up, grabbed the clothes from the floor, and dressed as he walked out.

"What happened?"

"The young man only left a note saying he was going to look for his mother."

Sebastian's eyes narrowed slightly.

Nicholas was constantly asking about his mother, and Sebastian felt guilty for not having answers. It wasn't easy for him to explain to a six-year-old boy that his mother had abandoned him and, worse yet, sold him for 10 million dollars.

He clearly remembered the day he received an anonymous email informing him of the existence of a son. At first, he thought it was a joke, but then he remembered the night he had drunk too much at a fundraising event and slept with a woman whose face he couldn't recall.

He accepted the possibility that the boy was his, and DNA tests confirmed his suspicions. From then on, it had only been Nicholas and him. Despite his efforts to be a good father, he knew he could never replace the maternal figure Nicholas longed for. Sebastian felt a deep hatred toward the woman who had been capable of selling her own son.

Meanwhile, the assistant Louis could feel the cold emanating from Sebastian through the phone. He was sweating and apologized.

"Sir, it's my fault, I should have taken better care..."

"Track his location," Sebastian interrupted. "You have ten minutes; I want to know my son's exact position!"
