Sherry looked at him with a smile on her face, which looked uglier because of her teary face, Bryan 's heart melted when he saw how her face was.

"It is not even upto an hour yet" Sherry glanced at him and feigned displeased.

Bryan knew that she was just trying to act strong, "Mm, it is because my heart aches for you" He said and coaxed her..

Sherry burst into tears, frightening Bryan.

What did he do to agitate her again?

He didn't understand but he patted her back and whispered some consoling words into her ears.

Sherry smiled through her tears, "Why would she do that?" She asked and continued not waiting for his answer.

"Does she want me to die that badly? Does she hate me so much that she can't wait for me to die?" Sherry let out a bitter smile.

"It is fine, even if she doesn't like you, it is good as far as I like you" Bryan coaxed.

Sherry wrapped her hand around his waist and buried her face on his chest , "Thank you for being by my side" She said sincerely.

She was grateful he was by her side because she was not sure her heart could take such a huge blow even though she acted like she didn't care about this.

She cared a lot about her sister, she was sure she wouldn't know what to do and would probably choose to leave if Bryan was not by her side.

Sherry raised her head and looked at Bryan, "Who else knows about this?" She asked

"No one except Miss Tara," Bryan replied.

"Oh" Sherry muttered.

"If you want me to cover up the accident so she would not go to jail, I will do that. Whatever choices you want I will follow it" Bryan said firmly.

Sherry shook her head, "She has to pay for it, that is attempted murder. Since there is evidence, just take it to the police " Sherry said, she was feeling so sad but she still decided to make this decision.

Bryan looked at her with no surprise in his eyes, "Are you sure?" He asked.

Sherry nodded firmly, "Yes she has to pay for it"

Bryan nodded, "Okay I'll make the call" He said.

He dipped his hand into his pocket and brought out his phone, he dialed a number. The other person picked up in the first ring.

They talked briefly on the phone before he hung up.

He looked at Sherry, "Done, my queen" He said.

Sherry let out a dry laughter.

"Do you think I am wicked for doing this?" Sherry asked him.

Bryan shook his head, "it is fine, even if you are evil or wicked, I will be the same with you" He said.

"Let's go to the police station too" Sherry said, she released him and stood up from the bed.

"Okay" Bryan nodded and also stood up from the bed.

They walked out of the house together hand in hand. Bryan drove out of the house, Sherry looked out of the window deep in thought. She knew her mom would probably resent her for doing this , her mom had always cared about Nancy more than her even though she knew this but acted like she did not know.

It was probably because she was the one who always provided money and whenever they needed money to do anything, she would give them the money without hesitation that is why sometimes it would look like her mom was behind her and always support while she scolded Nancy but she knew it was just because of the money. Her mom was probably worried that if she became mad at her and stopped giving her money, they would have nothing to eat or money to spend like before. So in her house, once the person has money and provides for her mom, the person is the ruler of the house.

She was also sure her mom knew about Nancy going about borrowing money from people while she would pay for the money even though she was not the one who borrowed the money.

Her mom always acts like she does not know anything, Sherry decided not to say anything but her patience is limited. When she was still living together with her mom and Nancy, she was always the one who does all the work at home while Nancy just sits down and waits for her to bring things to her.

Whenever she complained and became mad about this, her mom would use excuses about how Nancy is older than her by some years and asked her to obediently do whatever Nancy asked her to do, because she was older than her.

There were many times when Sherry would be the one to serve Nancy food, she would bring the food from the kitchen and put it in front of her. She would also take the used dish after Nancy finished eating to the kitchen and washed the dishes.

She became tired of this, she was always the one who does the most work. She has been thinking of renting an apartment but she doesn't have so much money to do that even though she has work she does, but it does not pay her a lot. She can not use the money to rent an apartment because the money was peanuts once she gives her mom so much money.

She was working in her workplace one day when she saw Richard. She works as a waitress in a restaurant. She overheard Richard talking to someone about looking for someone he could sign a marriage contract with so his mom would stop nagging him about getting married.

When she heard this, an idea suddenly occurred to her so she approached him and told him that she can do it. He didn't believe at first and looked at her weirdly because he gave her a chance so she used the opportunity to move out of the house. She lied to her mom that she was going to sleep with her friend who also works in the restaurant, which she believed. She didn't even call the girl to ask if it was true or not . Which benefited Sherry but she was still unhappy because her mom doesn't care about her.

"We are here" She heard Bryan say.

She snapped out of her thoughts and looked out of the window, she saw that they were really at the police station.

She could already see her sister and her mom as the police led them into the station.
