I watched in horror as the man raised his dagger high in the air and stabbed it toward my belly.

I let out a harsh scream, and tears spilled out of my eyes.

The moment the dagger came in contact with my belly, my belly suddenly became incredibly hard, and the dagger felt like it was stabbing at a rock, unable to pierce through.

Here it goes again. I remembered that when I was running for my life in the sea, my belly blocked the piercing of the arrow. It seemed that a mysterious power was protecting the child in my belly.
