Avery's POV The Ray of sunshine interrupted my thoughts as I sat on the kitchen table, my phone Still buzzing on the counter. I had been up most of the night, turning, Peris' words echoing my mind. I could feel like something had been taken away from me. My stomach turned, like a lump was in my throat. He filed for custody?. Rockwell filed for custody?. Avery's POV.... The city outside peris office looked beautiful, each building with tons of glowing lights, a reminder of the life I wanted to give Ryan. Evelyn's POV. The corporate dinner was already in full swing. The beautiful hall was glittering with lights, you could see the expensive clothing, suits and gowns.
