Chapter: 41
Stella, After we’re done eating with our parents, we all head into the living room to visit a little longer before we all head home for the night. “Stella, mom and dad have to talk to you about something. Could we go into the study right quick?” “Um- sure?” “Once in the study, dad closes the door, so the others can’t hear our conversation. Stella Professor Hamilton’s daughter reached out to us and would like to talk to you. She wants to apologize to you in person for what you endured. Are you up to talking to her, dad asks me? “NO!” I yell. I refuse to have any involvement with anyone associated with that monster. We are both able to sleep soundly through the night with no nightmares. I don’t care about her apology. Why didn’t they report him before he hurt someone else? I didn’t realize I was crying until Dad hugged me. “It’s okay baby girl, you do not have to do anything you are not comfortable doing.” “Mom and I will let her know it is not a good idea

Now look at him again, Stell.” So, I do, and she’s right. He’s younger than Professor Hamilton and his hair is a little longer. “Is she okay the Professor asks, coming up the stairs toward us?” “Yes, she will be fine,” Dakoda tells him, and I nod my head at him. After the class is over, the Professor asks me to stay and talk to him for a minute. I knew this was going to happen. I was just hoping not this soon. “Yes, Professor Douglas.” “Hey, Miss. Savage, do you want to explain to me what just happened up there at the being of the class?” “I don’t want to get into the specifics because it’s still difficult, but for a moment, you reminded me of someone who caused me pain. However, my sister helped me realize you are not that person. You have my word that it won’t ha

I wrap my arm around my sister's shoulder. “Yes, I think I am. I have a good feeling about this year.” “Me too sister, me too.” “Hold up there, girlie.” Kai says, running up to me and giving me a big kiss. “Have a great day, baby. I will see you after classes.” “U

Kai, The next day we will make a day of adventure. I was having fun until a monkey stole my damn wallet. Oh, Stella thought, it was so damn funny. “You liked that, didn’t you I ask her?” walking up to where she was standing, she knows exactly what I was about to do? “Don’t you dare, Kai she squeaks at me and runs behind her dad.” “Oh, baby do you really think daddy will save you I ask her... raising one of my brows at her.” “I most certainly WILL- not Jim says bringing Stella right where I need her.” I give her my biggest playboy smile and charge her, throwing her right over my shoulders. “Kai, you put me down right this instant.” I do, but not before I slap her on her ass. “You dick she whispers.” “I got your dick.” I tell her, then remove her teeth from her bottom lip and reach down to give her a kiss. “I love you, baby.” I whisper over her lips, and she shivers. I need you mostly Dakoda because you know what she likes, and you... bozos can be my support team.” “Well, it’s about damn time.” Dakoda says, giving me a high five. “Yea... yea, let’s get this done before Stella gets off work. By the way, how did you get the day off?” “Told him I had a doctor’s appointment, but it wasn’t him I had to worry about. It was your girl. She wanted to know why I didn’t tell her and was determined she was going to go with me.” “Stubborn ass woman.” “You’re telling me,” Dakoda says. “Well, let’s hit the road.” The woman in the jewelry store eyed us nervously. Stella, We have arrived in the Bahamas. It’s beautiful down here. We rented a condo on the ocean, so all we had to do was walk right out our front door and be on the beach. Kai and I have one condo, mom and dad have another right beside us, and Dakoda and the boys have another condo right on the other side of mom and dad. We all agreed to meet up for dinner tonight in our parent’s condo. All the condos have kitchen nets in them so my parents insisted on cooking in most nights unless we are all out late doing fun stuff then we can eat out. So, we all head to our own condos to get showers and dressed for dinner tonight. When Kai and I step into our condo, we are both taken away by the view. “Holy shit baby, this is beautiful. Hawaii is pretty in its own way, but this place just has something about it that makes it so amazing,” Kai says. “It would be nice for a wedding, don’t you think?” What? A wedding? Why is Kai talking about weddings? Is he going to? Then I re

Her Dark Knight

Her Dark Knight

It’s Monday and my first day of my new school. I drive my car around to where everyone else is parked, so I find myself a parking spot. Then I find the front office and go in and get my schedule. My first class is math, so I walk into the room and I’m the first one in there so I walk up to the teacher and hand him my paper to sign that I have to take back to the front office this afternoon. “Hello Miss. Billie Green I’m Mrs. Smart. It’s very nice to meet you.” The math teacher says, then sings the paper. You can go find yourself a set. I would try to find one in the front on the left-hand side. The kids pretty much already have the back full.” She tells me, and really it’s okay. I kinda like the front anyway. I make my way to a seat that looks vacant and sit down. Kids start piling in about five minutes later. And walking to their seats, there’s a tiny little girl that comes and seats down behind me. She introduces herself as Shaylee Apple. “Hello Shaylee Apple I’m Billie Green.” I tell her and hold my hand out to shake hers. I turn back around in my seat about the same time as a tall guy that has dirty blonde hair cut into spikes all over, ash gray eyes, so gray I can see the color all the way in my seat. He’s wearing a tight fitted gray shirt, and blue jeans. He has a very handsome face, but then he looks at me and instantly I see hatred in his eyes. What the heck, he doesn’t even know me. .

This morning when I woke up for school, Loki was still laying in my bed. He must have gotten hot because he is laying at the end of the bed this morning. “Loki, it’s time for school I tell him and he jumps off the bed then shifts to his human form. “Did you know you snore?” Andrew teases me. Gasping at him. “I don’t,” I say throwing my head over my chest as if he wounded me. “You do too and you talk in your sleep.” “I don’t, oh god what do I say in my sleep?” I ask him. “You tell me how much you love me.” He says, winking at me. I just roll my eyes at him. “You are so full of crap. Go get ready for school and meet me back here in five.” I told him. “Oh, little miss independent, not feeling up to arguing with me about driving her own car today.” Andrew playfully taunts once more. “Would it do any good?” I ask, raising my eyebrows. Andrew shakes his head no, smirking at me, then jumps out my window. I shake my head and laugh. Andrew was showing a whole different side to himself.

Chapter: Six
The following morning, I woke up to find Andrew missing. I got out of bed and headed to the bathroom to get ready for school. As I made my way downstairs, I heard a male voice that didn't belong to my father. When I entered the kitchen, I saw Andrew and Kade standing there. "What are you two doing here this morning?" I asked them. "We're here to pick you up for school," Andrew replied. "There seems to be something wrong with your car." "That's strange. I didn't have any issues with it," I responded, walking over to the coffeepot to make myself a cup of coffee. "Well, I asked about it and was told it wouldn't start," my dad chimed in. I glanced at Andrew, who shrugged his shoulders. "Remember, we were supposed to look at it after school today," Kade reminded me. "Oh, right. Sorry, dad, I completely forgot," I apologized, and my dad gave me a skeptical look. "If you say so, Billie," he said. I told the guys to go ahead without me and that I would join them shortly. Once they left, I

"So, you're the wolf that visits me every night?" I inquire, looking at Andrew. "Why do you treat me so poorly at school and around others, only to reveal your true self when we're alone?" Andrew sighs, appearing slightly embarrassed. "When I walked into our first class together and felt that connection to you, I was furious. I couldn't believe I had imprinted on someone like you. You're nobody, and well, I'm me," he explains. "You should be ashamed. My father and stepmother may not live in a fancy house like yours, but they're not poor peasants," I retort, feeling a surge of anger. "Let me go, Andrew. I won't play these games with you. And what do you mean by imprinting on me?" I demand, trying to break free from his grasp. "Come back and sit down, Billie, and I'll explain it to you," he calmly suggests. Reluctantly, I comply and return to the fire pit where we were sitting before. "Okay, explain to me what you mean by imprinting on me," I say, my voice filled with curiosity. And

I head back towards the house, but the wolf nudges my hand. "Do you want a good rub?" I ask, reaching out to stroke him between his ears. He's incredibly soft. "Alright, wolf's friend, I have to go inside and start dinner for my parents," I inform him. "If you're still here later, we can talk some more." I shake my head, realizing how strange it is to be talking to a wolf as if it understands me. Entering the house and heading to the kitchen to check the refrigerator, I hear a knock on the door. I wonder who could be here since my father and Page are both at work. Curious, I open the door and am taken aback. "Andrew, what are you doing here?" I ask, surprised. We've finished our paper and have been practicing the play at school, so why would he come over at eight o'clock in the evening? "I came to see if you'd like to grab some food with Kade, Shaylee, and me," he explains. "Oh, um, sorry, I promised my dad and Page that I would stay in tonight and cook for them," I reply, turning

Chapter: Three
I arrived at the address Kade had given me, initially unsure if it was the correct location. However, upon seeing other kids heading into the nearby woods, I parked my car and followed them. As I entered a clearing, I noticed a large fire where everyone was gathered. Spotting Kade and Shaylee conversing with some other kids, I approached them. "Hey guys," I greeted them as I reached the fire. "Hey Billie, you made it!" Shaylee exclaimed, running up to me and giving me a hug. I felt grateful to have made such a sweet friend so quickly. "Do you want a drink?" Shaylee offered. We stood around the bonfire when a Bronco pulled up with a group of guys inside. I glanced over and noticed the driver - Andrew. Well, that's just great. Andrew and his wrestling brothers were here. I had hoped he would be too cool for an event like this. Okay, maybe I was secretly hoping he wouldn't be interested in this kind of gathering. "You okay?" Shaylee asked, noticing my expression. "Yeah, why?" I replied

"Shaylee, do you feel like the temperature has risen a few degrees?" I mockingly say to Shaylee, referring to the jerk who has just entered the room. "Oh Billie, you're in trouble now. Here he comes," Shaylee warns me. As the teacher walks through the door, she addresses him, "Mr. Board, is there a problem?" I breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that I am safe for now. "No, ma'am, I was just going to show Billie which page she needed to be on," he responds. "Well, just return to your seat. We will cover the pages shortly," the teacher instructs him. I know that this conflict between us is far from over. I don't have time for enemies at this school, but for now, the teacher has started her lesson, so I will focus on that. "Alright class, that concludes today's lesson. I want you to complete pages 200-210 for homework and turn it in by tomorrow morning," the teacher announces. I make my way to my locker, and as I open the door, Andrew Board sneaks up behind me, forcefully pushing my

Stella and I are at a college party and man, it’s so bad ass. This is our first college party and Stella’sm first party ever. Are you having fun, sister? I ask her. Yes, I really am. My sister Stella is your quiet, stay to herself kind of gal. Where I am that loud in your face kind of girl. So, it’s not weird seeing a beer in my hands and dancing my ass off with my friends or my hot as hell boyfriend Jax. What’s weird is seeing my sister with a beer in hand and dancing to the music, getting her freak on with a strange guy. I’m glad my twin is letting her freak fly tonight. We are going to be seniors when school starts and damn; we need to make a name for ourselves. Being the quiet ass bitch is only going to get her picked on. Jax comes up behind me, moving his hips to the music. Want to go upstairs he asks after a minute of grinding against my ass. Um, yes, I do. I say, wiggling my ass against his front. I’m going to go upstairs with Jax for a bit. Do you think you will be okay while I’m gone? I ask Stella. She just gives me a look that says piss off, asshole. I throw up my hands in surrender. Okay, I say, wiggling my brows. Get it, girl. I tell Stella. Stella just smiles at me. Ditto sister, she says, wiggling her fingers at me. I laugh and grab my boyfriend’s hand and drag him upstairs. When we find a room upstairs, I slam Jax against the wall and kiss him fiercely. Damn baby, did you miss me? Jax asks, smiling.

Dakoda "Do you feel prepared for today?" I inquire of my 3-year-old. Today marks his debut as a competitive surfer. "Yes, mommy, I was born to do this," Derek confidently responds. He resembles his fathers so much, it's uncanny. Despite only sharing DNA with Korey, he acts just like the other two in numerous ways. "Alright, little man, grab your board and make your way towards your dads in the water. Aunt Stella and I will be right behind you," I instruct Derek, and he obediently follows suit. "Wow, he's growing up so fast," Stella remarks, joining me with the baby stroller in hand. "There's my adorable niece," I exclaim. My sister recently had her first baby. We approach the spot where the guys are waiting with Derek for his turn. Of course, I am holding baby Mia, and Derek gives me a hesitant look. "Someone still isn't entirely sure about his new cousin," Mackenzie teases from behind us. Derek immediately races towards his favorite person. "Hey, bud man," Mackenzie warmly greets

Dakoda Today is Derek's first birthday, so Kasey, Korey, Gage, and I are preparing for his birthday party. Derek loves watching Paw Patrol, so we decided to have a Paw Patrol theme for his party, even though his daddies wanted a surfing theme. We started by decorating the living room with Paw Patrol banners, balloons, and streamers. We even found a Paw Patrol tablecloth and plates to match. The room looked vibrant and exciting, just like Derek's favorite show.Next, we planned some Paw Patrol-themed games and activities. We set up a mini obstacle course in the backyard, inspired by the show's rescue missions. The kids could crawl through tunnels, jump over hurdles, and balance on a beam with their parents' help of course. We also prepared a Pin the Badge on Chase game, where the kids would be blindfolded and try to stick a Paw Patrol badge on a poster of Chase. For the food, we decided to incorporate both themes. We made

Korey D and baby Derek have spent the past two days in the hospital, which gave the guys and me the opportunity to complete the nursery before bringing them home. Kasey, Gage, and I are on our way to pick up our wife and baby from the hospital. As we get closer, I'm feeling nervous. I hope I can be a good dad to this little guy who is coming home with us today. As we pull into the hospital parking lot, my heart starts racing. I can't believe that in just a few minutes, I'll be holding my son for the first time. Kasey and Gage try to reassure me, telling me that I'll be a great dad, but the nerves are still there. We make our way to the maternity ward and find D's room. She's sitting up in bed, looking tired but radiant. Baby Derek is swaddled in a blanket, sleeping peacefully in her arms. My heart swells with love and pride as I see them together. D smiles at us as we enter the room, and I can't help but feel a wave of relief wash over me. She looks exhausted but happy, and I know

It has been a few months since we moved into the house across from my parents. Baby Derek has grown so much, and I am now in my last month of pregnancy. We had a blood test done to determine the father, and it turns out he is Korey's. The doctor found it amusing that I had been with all three guys, but we just wanted to be sure of the paternity. We didn't really care who the father was, but we wanted to know for any potential genetic issues. I hope we never have to go through that, but you never know. Right now, I am sitting on the beach watching the guys surf. I really miss surfing with them, and I can't wait to get our little guy on his first surfboard. He will be surfing before he can even walk. Korey comes and sits down beside me on his towel. "Are you going to sit and stare at us all day, D?" Korey teases me. “Ha-pi-bird-day, ha-pi-bird-day to Liam. Ha-pi-bird-day to me.” Liam is singing the birthday song along with us. It’s so hard to believe my little tiny baby is 2 today. It’s been a good two years. Rock and I are in our third year of college and Rock got an offer to the NFL. He will be a Chicago Bears come September. I, on the other hand, will stay in college and moving on to my elective. I have decided I want to be a therapist. If I could help at least one person who has gone through the hell I have been through will make it all worth it. “It’s Wiams bird-day, isn’t it, ma-ma?” “It is Liam’s birthday. How old is Liam going to be?” I ask my little guy. “Wiam be 2. Ma-ma be 5,” Liam tells me, then giggles. “Who told you that?” I ask, laughing at him. “Da-da.” Liam tells me, pointing at Rock. I look over at Rock, and he laughs. “Who’s ready for cake?” Rock asks Liam. “Nice save.” I tell him and we cut Liam his cake, then I cut everyone their slice

She snatches Liam up in her arms and checks him over, making sure he doesn’t have any wounds on him. Jim is a really stupid fucking bad guy. This is his second kidnapping and demanding of things and the second time the fuck wad was arrested. I grab River and Liam up in my arms and hold them as tight as I can without hurting them. “Let’s go home, baby.” The officer that came with us escorts us back to the police station where they have Jim held. We are told since he was caught here in Mexico with Liam that he will await trial here and more than likely service his sentence out here. Hopefully, t

River We are sitting in our home a couple hours later waiting for someone to tell us if they have found our little boy or not. But I should have known he would do just about anything to hurt me, right? “River, honey, would you like a glass of tea or a cup of hot chocolate?” Mom comes into the living room from the kitchen and asks me. “Cup of hot chocolate would be great.” Mom smiles at me, then heads back into the kitchen to get my hot chocolate. Rock is pacing a hole in the floor and it’s just making me even more nervous. “Rock! Sit down, please.” I ask him, so he does.
