Your opinions were appreciated and valued and it was just enough for me to go on as a writer. Y'all are my special babies and I won't forget this beautiful ride. Will it have a sequel? Probably. I hope to write more books in the future, so please stay tuned. My favorite character in the book is Sebastian, hehe, you should see more of him in the sequel (If I ever take my life seriously *hehe*). Thanks once again for supporting this book and staying with me through its rough times. xoxo

Chapter: Kayden & Crystal “Would it be a surprise if I told you?” He teased, pulling some stubborn strands of her hair away from her face and feeling up the soft skin of her face with his long thin fingers.“Don’t you think this is too much?” She asked, staring in the distance, her feelings overwhelming her. “It’s too much for me.”“I don’t think it’s enough.” He answered, and Crystal looked around once more. “Not enough?” she asked herself internally, what did he mean by it isn’t enough? She pinched the insides of her palms, hoping she would wake up from the unreal dream.“You deserve to have this and more. This is not enough for someone like you.”“But why?” it was still unbelievable. This building was worth millions, yet she couldn’t understand why Kayden thought she was worthy to have something of the sort. “I don’t know how to pay Mrs. Darling back, nor do I know how did I ever deserve to get such a gift?”“You don’t have to pay her back, however, you can also pay her back by doing exceptionally good in

Chapter: I love you Kayden glanced at Crystal who was staring outside the window with a rather unhappy look on her face, he was concerned because she had not spoken a word to him since the beginning of the ride, and he couldn’t help but feel that she was either angry or sad.“What’s making the birthday girl so sad?” He quizzed with a teasing smile as he controlled the steering wheel professionally, but Crystal didn’t glance back at him as much, which was even more suspicious.“It’s nothing.” She muttered and even after some seconds passed, she was still staring outside, yeah, she was mad at him, but what did he do? He had no clue what he had done wrong. Is she mad he was celebrating her birthday? That didn’t seem to be the case, she was just fine a few seconds ago, what could be the problem? He glanced back at her worriedly. “Did I do something wrong?” He guessed but she didn’t reply to him. “Crystal?”“No, you didn’t,” her response resembled that of a doll with missing batteries and Kayden’s eyebrows

Chapter: Kayden's Confession "Are we not going to work?" Crystal asked as she climbed the stairs and headed towards the dining area. She noticed that Kayden, who was usually dressed by this time, was sitting at the dining table in his pajamas, drinking his morning coffee. Crystal glanced at her wristwatch and realized that it was way past their usual resumption time. She quickly opened her calendar app to confirm that today was not a weekend or a public holiday. They were already late, because even though she tried to get him out of bed, he wanted to cuddle a bit more, and she also couldn’t resist his charms.Instead of their usual breakfast foods, Petra and the other maids arranged the table with sweets, scones, and a baked turkey.“What?” she asked curiously. “Is this for Thanksgiving or something?”Crystal sat down on the chair next to Kayden. “Do you not know what day today is?” Petra asked, taking the words right out of Kayden’s mouth.“No, is something going on today?” She asked him curiously, and Kayden c

Chapter: Good Morning The sounds of birds chirping filled Crystal’s ears, she turned to the other side of the bed, her hands instinctively reaching for the pillows to block her ears; she turned away again, and this time it was the sunlight that was in her sight, she picked the other pillow to shield her eyes.Suddenly, she was pulled against a sturdy chest, the skin of which was smooth and enticing. She snuggled closer to him, relishing in the comfort from the heat his body radiated. It felt like she was floating on a cloud, she opened one of her eyes to observe his beautiful face, Kayden’s eyes were closed as he slept peacefully, and for a moment she wished time stopped so she could remain like this forever. It was peaceful.“I can’t sleep properly if you keep fiddling about the bed.” He murmured against her ears, smoldering her cheeks with kisses even though he was still half asleep.“I think it's morning though.” She noticed returning the small kisses to him as well, placing her head against his chest a

Chapter: Unexpected kisses “I told you I am fine.” Sebastian scolded Lorenza, his mother because she had been complaining about his health ever since she got to the hospital. She cried about thirty minutes before he was able to convince her that he wasn’t going to die.“What do you think I am going to do if you had died?” The door opened and Crystal ambled inside with a tray of food in her hands, for the three days he had been here, Crystal hadn’t left the hospital. “How do you think I will survive?”“Mom, I told you that I wouldn’t die from such a shallow stab wound… It would be laughable.” Sebastian muttered and Crystal scrunched up her nose in disgust, as she neared the bed.“I told you not to speak like that again.” Crystal scolded glaring down at him, he used the same words Kayden used when she was worried about him. “What part of your death would be comical to us?”“I am pretty sure some people would find it funny, especially Kayden.” Sebastian pouted “That’s no way a man should die.” Lorenza rolle

VALENTINE'S DAY
“It's just me who can protect you!" Ethan frowned and he gripped her shoulders tightly pressing her even harder into the wall, Valentina squeezed her eyes shut from fear.
"I don't care what you say, Val." He whispers against her face, he grabs her jaw roughly and she winces slightly in surprise. "You won't be leaving here anytime soon."

Chapter: Epilogue- Valentine's DayWriter's P.O.V "How is the book ending?" Maurice my assistant asked me, "I thought you were working on it the previous night." "Oh yes, but I didn't like the ending." I answered her and her eyes fell towards the laptop screen, she was too strict with me, even though I didn't sleep all night while writing this ending she might still criticize me for being a shitty writer. "I like this." A small smile reached her lips. "I never liked the fact that Valentina would die at the ending, you would never reach best seller with that mentality." I was never trying to be best seller anyways, but since she approves of this ending, I know that the book is done. I will miss talking to Ethan, and also my number one fan, Valentina, even as she died she called my book, beautiful and a masterpiece. It was different from the way the toxic web readers did. But how did the book end again..."You're going to get late for your interview." Melissa yelled at Valentina, just because Valentina was trying t

Chapter: The start of the original endingThird Person's P.O.V"Travis, what are you doing here?" Valentina asked curiously before she could push the door close, he stopped it with the tip of his foot and pushed her away instead. She fell to the ground, she knew she wasn't supposed to let him come inside. "Travis." Her eyes widened when she noticed he was holding a knife again, and that was when she remember a memory that escaped her mind, that day in the crowd, she saw the person who stabbed her, and that person smiled at her. It was Travis. "What do you want?" she asked fearfully as she thought about he could be looking for, was he trying to kill her again? Or could he be looking for Ethan instead. "I see you have gotten quite close with Ethan." His eyes scanned through her angrily, and they narrowed. "You are even wearing his clothes, what is this, are you guys married now?" "What do you want?" she insisted on knowing that first. "Are you telling me you don't know? I know you remember everything, don't you try to act

Chapter: TravisValentina's P.O.V Today is the day that Ethan said I was supposed to die, I have been in Ethan's house for the last three days and he had been nothing but kind and sweet to me. I didn't even notice just how lovely Ethan was until recently. I have been getting some very strange memories, this was probably the memories of the Valentina in the previous timeline, the Valentina that died. I thought Ethan was the one who assaulted me, but he was actually the one who helped me. I just understood just how much I had misunderstood Ethan's intentions. I didn't tell him about the strange memories that I am getting, I remember so much about us now, and even the first time he kissed me in his house. "Valentina are you okay?" Ethan asked me curiously, I was spacing out while we were cooking, he nudged me softly. "I didn't know you could cook." I mentioned as i washed the vegetables under the running water. "You cook so good." "I once told you I used to cook for my mother while she was still

Chapter: Fight Travis P.O.V“I never knew you were this kind of person.” My mother said and her eyes widened in horror as she threw a slap at me. I clenched the part of my cheeks that she hit. “Mom, I had told you not to go into my room, without my permission.” I was at the store today, because I noticed that my tapes were running out, so I went to get a new one. Mother claimed she was cleaning my room and she found my collections, pictures and videos. “You invaded my privacy.” “How dare you…” Father joined in, ah, I forgot to add that after looking through my stuff she also invited my father to see things too. “Who are those girls in the pictures and did you do that to them?” “Yes and what if I did?” I asked them curiously. “What are you going to do, are you going to hand over your precious son to the police?” I was daring them, my mother broke down in tears, and the tapes contained images of badly beaten women that I had sexually assaulted. I used the recordings as a blackmail I never needed t

Chapter: Last ActEthan's P.O.V I woke up with Valentina in my arms, her eyes were shut tightly, as she slept peacefully, a smile reached my face, and finally this is everything I wanted. Valentina and I like this, every day. She stirred slightly, and soon enough her eyes flew open, they blinked slightly as she stared back at me. At first two of us, just stared back at each other in silence, and then a small blush creeps on her face, and she tried to disengage from me. "Wait..." I whispered as i pulled her back to my chest, "Where are you going in such a hurry?" "Ethan..." She whispered, i loved it whenever she calls my name like this, she was very embarrassed at the moment, and I wrapped my arms around her. "We can sleep some more." I advised. "N-No..." She muttered again. "I-I need to go home, I need to go to school." "Valentina," I turned her towards me, and she hid her eyes away from my gaze, i held her chin softly and tilted her face slightly until her eyes met mine. "We can't go anywhere u

Saved By My Billionaire Husband
“You know what you have to do,” Blake said, his eyes bearing hatred into Cassandra, “You don’t like me.”
“No,” Cassandra answered, she had been rehearsing how to sound nice while she rejected his proposal but it was impossible.
“What?” He asked surprised
“I said no, I am sorry, I can’t do that.” She muttered.
“You don’t have any idea what you are signing up for, do you?” He asked, both his hands balled into fists on the table, while she watched him silently.
“How much did my grandfather pay you?” He asked again and then she looked away from his magnetic gaze, feeling embarrassed.
“I’m sorry, I told Mr. McKnight that I would marry you. I don’t think anything would change my mind.” She feigned confidence, holding onto her own hands to stop them from trembling. “We can just try to get along.”
“Get along? What was I expecting from a gold-digger?” he asked with deep seething frustration. “You all are the same.”
I wanted to ask what he meant by that but I couldn’t.
“This wouldn’t be easy I assure you, princess, there would be a price to pay, a fucking expensive one.” He gets up and puts on his cap. “See you later, dear wife.”
Unable to say a word she watched him storm away, her heart hammering painfully at his threat.

Taking a deep breath, Blake pinched the bridge of his nose, his frustration mounting. There were so many things he wanted to say, but he was painfully aware of his grandfather’s heart condition. Jeffery’s silent reminder made him swallow his anger. Chapter: I Will Marry You “Father told me that you were getting married,” Cassandra froze when she heard Lance’s cold voice coming from the doorway of her room, a fearful gasp escaped her, she had planned to avoid him, but she didn’t know how he was able to get to the door without her knowing, had she had forgotten to turn on the lock to the door?Cassandra’s heart hammered painfully in her chest when she felt him come further into the room, only then did she turn to face him gently, his eyes gleamed with chilled malice, as he took slow taunting steps toward her.“You traitor!” He growled lowly, suddenly reaching to grab her by the hair, he tightened his fists as if to hit her, but he only withdrew because everyone else was at home.“Please,” she begged, tears had filled her eyes and her lips were quivering.“Tell me your excuse,” he urged almost daringly, “Did you think I wouldn’t find out?” she shook her head hurriedly and Lance held her closer to himself, waiting for her explanation.Cassandra’s voice came

Chapter: Meeting The McKnights Cassandra came downstairs from her room all dressed up, her uncle was waiting just outside the door. He nodded at her, a look of mild satisfaction on his face, and gestured for her to follow him. She hesitated for a moment but then followed him out of the house and to his car, just as she had guessed, they were going out…but where, and when nobody was at home too?She quietly nestled into the passenger seat, and an anxious feeling crept over her. This was the first time he had taken her to one of his events, this one had to be intense. Her uncle was a successful businessman, frequently attending important meetings and gatherings, just like her father. But this time, he had invited her to accompany him.She watched him as he slid into the driver's seat, starting the engine with a roar. They pulled out of the driveway, the car moving swiftly down the road. At first, the ride was silent, both of them lost in their thoughts. Chapter: A Lovely Gift After breakfast, Cassandra realized they were out of some groceries, so she went back upstairs to get dressed for her outing. She always felt a sense of relief when leaving the house; the atmosphere outside was so much less suffocating.“Where are you going?” Lance's voice suddenly halted her just as she was about to exit the front door. Cassandra froze, clutching her faded blue jean purse tightly in her hands, her heart palpitating in her chest as she spoke.“T-to get some g-groceries,” she stammered, her eyes drifting behind him as she noticed Lena approaching.“I’ll drive you,” Lance offered, his words sending goosebumps across her exposed skin. The thought of going out with Lance terrified her, and she was about to make up an excuse when Lena suddenly rushed forward.“Ugh! Brother, why are you always going around with her? It’s like she’s got you all wrapped around her finger,” Lena exclaimed in frustration, her eyes raking over Cassandra with visible disgust.“Lena, wait… come on

She tried to move, but her limbs felt heavy, and she was unable to lift herself. It was almost as though she was trapped in her body, unable to do anything except stare at the ceiling. She thought about what might be causing her headache, but the more she thought about it, the more it hurt. Suddenly, she realized this might be the after-effect of the drugs Lance had used on her.Just as the thought crossed her mind, the door creaked open, and her aunt Mercedes came in, her grey eyes scanning the room with suspicion. When her gaze settled on Cassandra, curled up on the bed, they narrowed with contempt. It was just like yesterday, Cassandra’s parents had died in a car crash on a business trip, Cassand
