Chapter: Chapter Ten: MeetingRune My father sits at his desk with a deep scowl on his face in contrast to his usual smile and calm demeanor. He may be the Alpha, but my father was always fair and just and made sure he never went around town taking the stress of the job with him. He always said that while it was his duty and obligation to the Pack to deal with business and keep them safe, it wasn’t their business to deal with the stress of it all.
