Torn Between The Alphas

Torn Between The Alphas

Imagine being forced to choose between four powerful and gorgeous men who all claim to be your perfect match. That's Aria's impossible dilemma. After her world is turned upside down, Aria discovers she's the key to breaking a centuries-old curse, and all she had to do to make this happen, is choose her true mate out of the four. Sounds simple but practically difficult. As she spends time with each of the four Alphas, she realizes they're not what they seem. Are they truly interested in her, or just what she can do for them? Running from her destiny is not a choice either. The clock is ticking- Aria must find a way to break the curse. Will she be able to break it before it's too late, or will she become another victim of the curse's wrath?

Chapter: Chapter 8- Drama among the trio
Aria's POV"This is a joke, right? This has to be a joke! There is no way I'm going to take it!”I couldn't believe what was in front of me and if I didn't pinch myself, I would have sworn that I was in a dream. I stared at the table which had a lot of candles on it. A lot of food was spread elegantly at strategic corners and the silver wares gleaned under the soft golden glow of light. It looked like a mini banquet and for a second, it looked like something I didn't want to accept. My chest tightened and I felt a sharp pain digging me from within. Kieran was many things. He was arrogant, unpredictable, wicked and insufferable. But romantic? That was a first. I never saw him as a romantic man so when he prepared this dinner in front of me, I had a good laugh first He leaned against the chair opposite me, watching my reaction with a shocked reaction flashing across his face. What was he expecting? That I should jump up and squeal like a rat because of what he did for me? "Do I

Chapter: Chapter 7- Another Meeting
Thane’s POVPeace was far from reigning in our midst because of Aria and because of the way things were going, I had to call for a meeting with my brothers. It was quite funny calling a meeting for an issue regarding our “mates” but some certain things had to be done no matter what. With the way things were going, I doubt if we were going to get to a conclusion. “It's quite easy. I want all of us to be allowed to woo Aria and win her over. I guess we can all do that,” I said for him but they were not having it. "You are joking,” Kieran shouted, disagreeing with what I had just said. He leaned back into his chair and crossed his legs over each other. Kieran’s voice was sharp and he looked so unimpressed with everything . "Do I look like I’m joking? I have no idea why none of you are taking me seriously! This is more critical than we think it is!” I said, half-yelling but the guys seated around me didn't seem to be bothered. Elian exhaled, rubbing a hand over his face. "You wan

Chapter: Chapter 6- More arguments
Aria’s POVHoly heavens! I don't even know where to start from. The first minute, I'm holding my head, the next minute, everything I'm hearing keeps squeezing air out of my lungs. These men around me were not making things easy for me. Their quarrels and arguments were meaningless yet they still kept me in the center of it all. "You’re impossible! I can't believe I'm here having this conversation with you. " Elian’s voice thundered through the room and his frustration was evident on his face. My eyes kept moving between the both of them who were about tearing down the room. "And you are worse. You think this is a kind of joke?” Thane shot back and his mouth twisted as irritation flashed across his face. I took a slow step backward, my chest tightening as their argument escalated. Their voices were becoming louder after each word and it kept on overlapping each other. As if that was not worse. It was also pushing against my ears. "At least I’m not trying to control her into choosi

Chapter: Chapter 5- Choose Me
Kieran’s POVI thought it was the best thing that had ever happened to me. But when I realized I'd have to share her with others, my excitement started to wane. I felt a strong urge to protect what was mine. 'You think you can take her away from me?' I retorted, my words rushing out before I could stop them. I didn't care. I just wanted to mark my territory-she's mine, and I wouldn't let anyone take that away. “Yes, we can. "Because she was never yours to begin with, Kieran,” Cassicus fired back, his eyes staring me down. My chest tightened as I stood face-to-face with the three weaklings who had the audacity to think they could compete with me. Aria stood between us, her eyes darting back and forth. But why was confusion etched on her face? She should have seen this coming! I knew none of this was her fault, but still, she should have rejected two of them on the spot. It'd have been me against one now, but now it's three against one. I had a strong feeling that I c

Chapter: Chapter 4- It is Destiny
Aria's POVI was standing in the middle of my village again, but everything was silent. The houses were untouched by fire, and the air was thick with the scent of rose, my mother’s favorite flower. I turned slowly and my heart skipped a bit, and there she was staring at me with a sad smile on her face. “M.mmm.Mumm…mother,” I stammered as I held back my tears. “Aria,” she said softly and her voice still sounded the same. She stood just a few feet away from me and her face was radiant and calm. Just the way I remembered her before the creatures came.“Mama,” I choked out again. This time, tears sprung to my eyes as I stumbled toward her. My hands reached for hers. I was desperate to feel her warmth again. I wanted to touch her, I wanted to feel her. I wanted to hold her. But when I reached to touch her, it was like grasping air.Her expression softened towards me and my face fell. There was a heaviness in her eyes that made my stomach twist. “It is almost time,” she said to me.

Chapter: Chapter 3- The Key
Aria's POV Alpha Kieran’s words rattled in my mind like broken glass. A curse? Four Alphas? Mates? A true mate? What were all these? I could not make any sense of it and it all sounded insane, like something out of a nightmare. And yet, the way he looked at me made my skin crawl.I let out a short laughter and smiled mischievously to myself. That bastard thinks he can tie me up here after spitting out some rubbish folktales from his mouth. No, he can't. I'm not that foolish to believe whatever he says. I sat on the edge of the bed that I had been sleeping in. It was already late at night and I kept staring out the window and the crescent moon was hanging low in the sky. The room was dead quiet, but my thoughts were not. They roared like a storm inside of me, drowning out everything else.I was figuring out something for myself. An escape. That was what it was going to be. No way. I could not stay here. Not with him. Not with his crazy warnings and the kind of expectations that
