Chapter: Chapter 17
Linda scowled, her dry palms inclining on her bosom. Her palpitation increased and rapidly, her heart throbbed while she walked with her shoulders, bent and dropping like a limp noodle falling from the dish it inclines on. She stared like her vision was blank - like a myopic one whose sight was failing and couldn’t distinguish black from white or outdoor from indoor and it was vivid she had a lot in her mind. The sun had rose , emitting fluorescent beams. Linda squinted her eyes - raising the car’s bonnets as she stared, unsure of what to touch or change. She was two streets away from her home - heading to work and in a split second, the car had stopped. She graciously stood, a car sped past. She entered, sitting awhile and wondering if to go back home or inform her father to send a driver over. She suspired, picking up her phone as it chimed.

A cold surge of emotions overwhelmed him as he crouched, feeling the urge to micturate while he glanced at the dust-coated paint pail at the farther end of the cell. He wondered if his mother had hear about his arrest yet and how loudly she will yell like one grieving a dead child. He felt his body ache and pain suppressing his bod. He resented himself now that he was in a gruesome situation as this and like a peripatetic overseeing a city - his place of tour; he stared - his chin with beads scanty as it rested on his coarse palms.
