Chapter 177: Bar

“What the heck is he doing there?!” she exclaimed.

Her chest was thumping wild as she felt a squeezed in her heart. She almost threw her phone and wanted to take her keys and run to her car to drive to the airport. But her rational mind stopped her and just glared at the picture.

A hint of jealousy flashed her eyes but she quickly shook it away. From that moment, she won’t entertain any feelings she has for Hendrix in order for her to move on. She would even lie to herself if she needed to. That's how determined she was to forget him.

“So what if he leaves with her? I wanted him to leave this country and that's what he is doing. I shouldn't be affected by it,” she muttered, convincing herself.

Letting out a heavy breath, she gently placed back her phone on the bedside table and walked to her dressing room. However, as she was wearing her pajamas, a gruesome scene suddenly appeared in her mind as she imagined what the two would do once they successfully reached their destination.
