Chapter 166: Search

Hendrix called Giro and asked to investigate the caller. He also told him to see his parents and informed them to call him because he had important things to discuss with them.

After that call, he decided to change his plan and just stay in his apartment to wait for his friend’s response. He realized he needed to talk to his mother first. He badly needed to know every detail first before he met with Margaux in case she asked for it.

Sitting on the floor, he waited for his phone to ring, however an hour had passed but nothing came. He just waited in vain and wasted an hour that he was supposed to use to see Margaux.

Clicking his tongue, he lifted his phone and tried to dial his mother’s number again. But just like his first try, she still didn't answer.

Impatiently, he called his secretary instead and ordered him to go to his parents house.

Giro must be really busy and most likely just literally went to his parents house to tell them what he said. And since he gave him another
