Vivian stared at Maxwell, surprised by his statement. She wondered what he meant and immediately got suspicious. She couldn't shake the feeling that Maxwell was up to something and that he knew something he wasn't supposed to know. This got her a bit shaken up, but she decided to shrug it off while keeping it in mind that there could be danger looming.

Without saying another word to Maxwell, she trotted off to her office. Her secretary welcomed her and told her that she had sent some documents to her via email. Vivian thanked her and entered her office, settling down and bringing out her computer to work.
