Daniel arrived earlier than Amanda as he had a meeting with one of his clients just before his appointment with Amanda. He couldn’t be bothered to change rooms, so he informed reception to let Amanda know of the change in rooms and to bring her to where he was.

Amanda arrived on time, she was courteous and didn’t lack a single point on etiquette. She gracefully accepted the change in room and walked over to the designated room with the receptionist although she was fuming inwardly. She did have a trick up her sleeve.

She had bribed the hotel staff to burn an incense in the room she had previously booked; the intent was to trade flesh and coax Daniel into doing her bidding out of helplessness. Little did she know that it was a good thing that her trick didn’t come to fruition, otherwise her collaboration with Daniel would have burned with the incense. Daniel was stubborn as a mule and was not someone who could be coerced. Manipulated, yes…. but coerced, never. It would backfire in ways
