While she set the rest of them free, I was left abandoned in a cell for destitute. I was convinced she was doing this for some reason, like I could tell she despised me already.

I mean who wouldn’t ? she doesn’t even need to know that I was also the Inyoka myself but given we were both from different times, it was right for her not to know yet.

Something did bring me here and I have accepted that oracle was right about there being a shift in time.

“Sit down, standing close to the protector will not save you from her wrath,” the woman covered in a long cloak and seated at a farther corner of the cell had said to me.

I stared at her as I found her familiar enough.

“Coincidence?” the woman’s voice cracked as she uttered lifting up her cloak which covered her face.

“You are that fake seer,” I said confirming for myself she was the oracle indeed.

“Fake? Are you sure?” The oracle raised her voice in a questionable way.
