Chapter 64: Not taking a risk

“It was a thought of what?” I asked, hoarsely, not wanting to hear his stammering voice.

Alpha Brutus gulped. “Uh, I have thought thoroughly before I suggested this solution.” He finally let out.

He had been in a stuttering and panic state, as he was trying to figure whether there was anything wrong with the solution he came up with. Having noticed none, I was sure that was why he finally responded. Hmph!

With a clear snort, I said. “Having the rogue's eliminated will surely enrage the other rogue's in hiding, which eventually will lead to those attacked neighborhoods in danger. Did you ever consider that?” I tilted my head, as I asked.

Hearing my words, I could see Alpha Brutus, ugly expression ceased a little. He must have been bothered about the reason for my earlier question, so hearing the reason now, made him seem more at ease.
